Every order undergoes a 48-hour quality control bench test before dispatch. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 9–11 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–12 business days
All orders ship with full tracking and are insured in transit.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window on all purchases. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all protective film intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What warranty do you offer?
Every BestWallClock display comes with a 2-year warranty covering all mechanical components, including the Gen-II silent sweep movement. If your movement develops a fault under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked.
Do I pay import duties?
No. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by us and included in the price you see at checkout. The price you pay is the price you get — no surprise charges on delivery.
